Our Member Services Department offers home audits at no charge. Two employees from the Member Services Department will come to your home and look at your insulation, thermostat settings, air conditioner, water heater, doors, windows and lighting. They will sit down with you and explain your usage history and explore ways to help you lower your electricity utility bill.
